Sometimes. Where the value of resaleable and donatable items covers the work, we can clear a property free of charge. We assess this honestly at the quote stage.
Are you licensed to remove waste?
Yes — we are fully licensed waste carriers and dispose of everything responsibly, recycling and donating wherever possible. We can provide documentation on request.
Can I keep certain items?
Always. You stay in control. We sort with you and set aside anything you want to keep, including photographs, paperwork and valuables.
Do you handle biohazards and deep cleaning?
Yes. Our service includes waste removal, sanitisation, mould and pest-contamination cleaning, and odour control to make a home safe again.

Yes, and we do regularly. With the resident's consent we coordinate around any existing support or care plan.
